The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The location was convenient, with a bus stop nearby and a short walk to the train station.
The onsen can get crowded at times and the refrigerator in the room was quite small. The hotel staff could be more professional and friendly, especially the so-called Operations Manager who yelled at us outside the hotel without proper identification.
